Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only within the USA and international
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically process in 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–8 business days via USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped!

A: Yes! Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders within the USA.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Absolutely! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: No, we currently do not accept exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@Jabeta.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if eligible) and instructions.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. They’ll reflect in your original payment method.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, paypal, Discover) via Shopify Payments, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes! All transactions are encrypted through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never store your payment details.
Q: Do you offer gift cards or store credit?
A: Not at this time—but stay tuned for future updates!
Missing/Damaged Orders
Q: What if my order is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at support@Jabeta.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier or reship your order (case-by-case basis).
